When I arrive shin okasa by shinkansen from kyoto. It is also the same arrival platform like your video? My apologies this is my first time travel at japan with my 2 young kids . I kind of nervous also 😅 Thanks a lot in advance 🙏
Hi! Thank you for the comment. You can use ICOCA to take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, so you don't have to purchase a ticket. When arriving from Kyoto Station to Shin-Osaka Station, it is not always on the same platform. However, after you take the escalator down from the platform, you will be at the same place near the CENTRAL GATE in the video from any platform. Anyway, proceed towards the CENTRAL GATE. If you have any other questions, do feel free to comment again.😊
Hello, thank you for your very helpful video. I just have a question, when buying the ticket, your pressed "280". Is this the ticket specific for Namba?
Hi! "280" (currently 290 yen due to a price increase) is the price for a ticket between Shin-osaka station and Namba station. Fares are dsiplayed above the ticket machines at every station. If you have any further questions, do feel free to comment again.😊
@@Shiba-Shiba_TrainsInJapan thank you for the clarification. I was wondering if there is an option of choosing by the name of the place like “Namba”? In any case, this is very helpful and I hope there will be no price increase soon so we just look for the “290” price 🙏
