In my experience, the bottom case foam is kinda a neccessity. The way the feet work in this board (inserted into the case via multiple points and hug the case tightly) make the keyboard case transmit so much vibration on to the desk. That will make a lot of resonance and make it sound hollow and loud depending on what desk you are using. I know most people uses wood or compressed boards desktops. However, when add in the case foam, it absorbs a lot of vibration and dampen the noise to make it a much nicer typing and sounding experience.
dont most people use desk mats which acts as an extra dampener? Plus, I find that heavy aluminum keyboards are not good for wood surfaces and you risk damaging the keyboard and desk when you move it around. I try to avoid using foam in my builds because it can make the keyboard sound bland and affects the typing feel. IMO its still best to try configurations with and without foam especially for the frog because ive heard some great foamless builds.
A Korean tkl made imo for mx blacks or some op blacks if you want a new style switch the mx blacks on is the way to go with this board tbh lol they work so well on them with sound for sure haha a little bit of poron and you are good to go
i love this angle !

I just use a plate foam and it sounds great.

No, hes going to run the f2 which is a direct upgrade (in Geons opinion) and might do multiple runs

In stock my ass.
the way that rubber strip sits on the bottom is just bad

that's disappointing
