When I try to Quick transfer with my iPhone it processed to open up Album and I could see all videos and pictures. Then when I try to download them, it stuck there and no more processing also it asks me wifi password. Is mine normal? I mean it is it? I already check this with DJI tech department, and they don't know what and how it happened.

i kbow ths procedure but just need know that how my data automatically save direct in card who are in my RC2
Quick question, I need to download by flight, not by date, is there a way to do that? because I fly 5-6 times same location different time, sometimes it just shows as date, which if I check on file, it would download duplicate from earlier today. Thank you!

Thank you for this tutorial. One concern i have is, i recorded a video for about 30 minsutes straight. During transfer, i could only see 3-4 minute clips of the whole video. Is that normal? Once again thank you

Hey great video, I have a problem because I'm able to download all of my videos and pictures but when I look at my pictures on my phone the pictures look warped and distorted and they're not 12 mp it actually says its 1 megapixel, which explain why it looks so terrible and completely unusable. Please help because I have tried everything with no success
nice video..i just got air3 but honestly i cant understand that how my vids/pics save in memory card (captured data always save in drone memory)
even i insert memory card in RC2 but my vids/pics didn't save in card who are too much painfully for me cause i rcvd MEMORY FULL WARNING
Fantastic video presentation. Thank you! I have a problem, when I connect my iPhone with the Air 3, the videos thumbnails do not show an actual image in the video but rather a black and gray symbol representing like a landscape. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for mentioning that you don't need to power up the Air 3 when doing the direct transfer...good to know, since Quick Transfer refuses to download on my IOS device...shows that I have items on the drone, but won't preview them and won't actually download them either.
I'm having the same problem I dont know why I don't see my recordings or pictures when I plug in my Air 3 or try quick transfer. Can anyone help please
Sadly, unlike the DJI RC which you can pop the SD card out and connect up to a Mac and it is recognized, the DJI RC2 no longer works this way. You have to go into the "explore" area in the notifications drop-down, navigate to your media (stored ON the DJI RC2, then "move" it to the SD card, after which you can see it on the Mac when you insert the card into your Mac. Same goes for the DJI RC Pro. I was surprised by this...
That's odd because I just used the Quick Transfer option and had zero issues downloading content to my iPhone and iPad.

great video - question is i went to pull off files from the sd card in the air 3 but nothing there. i found that the footage was present on the controller's sd card. how can this be corrected? thanks
Sadly this is an issue with the "next gen" DJI drones like the Air 3 and Mini 4 Pro. You actually have to go into the notification shade (pull down twice on the DJI RC 2 screen. Then you'll see an "explore" section on the left side where the RC SD card is. Once in the explore section, you'll see your screen shots and screen recordings. You have to either "move" or copy them to your actual SD Card. The Mini 3 Pro didn't suffer from this and I have no idea why this is now the case :(
@@Droneblog I don't think that is true. I'm able to transfer all of my media straight to my iPhone and iPad with no problems at all. I can do it either by a direct connection, or by using the Quick Transfer method.
