+Felix Dietz You apply just like you would lotion. Put five or six drops in your palm, rub hands together, and then work into your beard and skin. The oil is good for both.
Yeah, you definitely wouldn't want a spray bottle. It's oil. It's will stain your clothes, and I tend to put my shirt on before applying my beard oil so it doesn't rub on the shirt when putting it on.
Good question. Each carrier has its own beneficial properties. I use jojoba and almond because they work well for my skin type. They also do a great job treating both my beard hair and skin. My beard is smooth and my face is never itchy. And it's not too oily. You may want to read up on the benefits of different carrier oils before deciding which one or ones to use. It also never hurts to experiment until you find the right blend for you.
Carrier oils are essential (no pun intended) to diluting the essential oils. Essentials oils are highly concentrated and when not diluted properly, can have harmful effects on the skin. In other words, it makes it safe.
Hello, I've recently began mixing my own as a hobby. I was wondering if you can answer a question regarding how hazardous this mix is. I wanted my first batch to be very minty, so I used peppermint, grape seed oil and jojoba. I added 12 drops of Peppermint into a 1 oz mix. Was that too much peppermint? Your help is appreciated!
kelvin guzman I'm not a health expert or scientist, but based on my experience and my mixtures, I would say you are fine. Test on a small patch of skin first if you are concerned.
Hello, how are you? a question, beard oil may contain mineral oil? or it is not recommended for the beard? besides clear combine it with other natural oils.
Atthu Six You can make your own oil and sell it for sure. I don't have a patent on any formulas. But please do not use my name or imply any business relationship with me.
I think that you need to give 24 hours for complete oil, to understand it smell, because it is need time to mix every smell in oil.
Thx for the video, man! It would perfect if you could write down in the info the oils name. :) #romania here!
Looks good, man!
Very informative thank you. My only complaint isn't how you said Jojoba... lol ... but that your camera was in a bad spot.
Stoppers or droppers?
Thanks, these work.
Nice video. Thanks for sharing.
would be nice to know how to apply the oil / distribute all over the beard. Wouldnt a spray bottle be easier?

Can you please explain why you're using 50/50 carrier oils? I don't understand the point. This is the second video I've seen that does the same thing.

+thegreenworkbench castor oil not?
+Bogdan Valentin Dinescu You can, but it can be sticky and stain clothes so I wouldn't use a lot of it if I did.
