Maybe this is a basic question but how soon do you share your track to the vocalist when initiating contact?... guess my concern is if they would just swipe your instrumental and layer their vocals and never credit you...
and also is there a template you use when signing a contract for you and your vocalist?
Also what are standard prices people pay for vocalists and the percentages? There's not much info out there when reaching out so just wanted to know :)
Just have a normal converation with the vocalist first, do your own vocal mixing etc.
Which camera do you using now? Mr. Belt & Wezol did a Vlog about cameras for vloging and they choose the Canon 70D. So it would be interesting to know, which camera you prefer...

Okay du ich das Video weitergeschaut habe und gesehen habe das du auch deutsch sprichst kann ich mir mein gebrochenes englisch sparen aber hier nochmal die frage: Bezahlst du die Sänger? Und wenn ja wie viel (ich weiß über geld spricht man nicht aber egal wen ich frage, egal ob gut oder weniger gut, jeder möchte 100€ aufwärts)
Entweder nen Prozente des von deinem Gewinn an dem Lied oder vorab fix bezahlen 100€ ist sehr günstig. Ab 500€ bekommt man auch eher wirklich was gutes

Joe why r u only mixing inside the box?do u bus out to any other hardware gear.do u use any ssl plugins or wave bundles plugs.
every time I bought outboard gear I ended up not using it and sold it. so it's more about keeping my workflow efficient but all of my sons get mastered analog with the best compressors and limiters you can buy making up a little for the in the box workflow.
got cha all good from dc joe local here producing small production crew logic pro x mostly in the box at one stuido lots of outboard gear in the other one. Mainly Runnin joe meek compressers outside the box. Basic audio technica condenser microphne ruff analog mixing live console allen heath digital yamaha o2r motu

I would like my songs to be used please I write songs and can not pay anyone to sing them. I write only gospel from Jamaica but seriously am looking for someone who is interested in my songs to get them produced. Interested persons can comment here. I write thats all. I record the melody on my phone and record them. No instruments.
