Hi Abbie Sending a heartfelt thank you for the wonderful walks you take me on, your raw emotional honesty, knowledge and humour are truly food for one's soul. Personally, I'm currently on life's challenging walk with bowel cancer and being able to escape into the wild with you keeps me encouraged and inspired to keep up this fight. Keep doing what your doing, the legacy your making is absolutely priceless Naomi (Australia)😊🌿🍁🌲
Hi Abbie. Very much enjoyed this. I did this walk this time last month, as well as adding on Grasmoor when I reached the far end of the horseshoe. In very varied weather too which included snow showers but whatever the weather this is always a wonderful walk! I can't recommend it highly enough.
You could travel from anywhere on the planet to our beautiful lake district in the UK & you won't be disappointed...I've never travelled out if the country & i don't need to ...because 2 hours from where I live I have Cumbria on my doorstep...❤❤❤❤😊🎉
A tonne of love and gratitude. I’m a late comer to the channel but what I’ve seen so far, I’m loving. Thank you so much for bringing me and many others along with you. You’re amazing in so many ways. Only just seen the Mont Blanc adventure, so I have a lot to catch up on. THANK YOU x....
I.... was...... there , on Grisedale pike.... and Causey pike two weeks ago. Lovely clear day's , views for miles. Thank you Abbie for reminding me of fantastic times... ❤
Abbie, enjoyed the video as always, thanks for sharing. I noticed that you didn't mention another Wainwright (Scar Crags) on your way between Sail & Causey Pike though. Best Wishes Kevin
wunderschön 😊 love the landscape, it's similar to my area (german Mittelgebirge) but its much bigger where you are. thanks for sharing... walk and talk
Hey mate, longtime fan of your channel. Really useful resource for planning as well as creating mental readiness for hiking! I wanted to ask if you ever considered doing the Shikoku Pilgrimage in Japan?
I just discovered your channel as I began to research the TMB. It sure seems like you have a wonderful life and get to see wonderful things. I believe you mentioned in one of your TMB videos that you were plant based. I looked, but I did not see that you had ever done a video on multi day hiking while plant based. Just in case you were looking for a new topic …. Hint. Hint. I should add that I’m particularly interested in your vegan eating/dining experience on the TMB.
It’s been a couple of years since I was there but I was horrified by the notice at the mine about what toxic metals and chemicals were leaching out of the mine into the beck. Definitely not a place to refill your water bottle! What boots were you wearing Abbie? Are they new(ish) or have I just not been paying close enough attention? 😂🥾🥾
