If you want an easy one I go to frequently, I do mix of breast and boneless thighs and throw them in a crockpot. I fill the crockpot with chicken broth until the chicken is just covered and season it. Set it on high or low (depending on if you’re in a rush; I just leave it on low overnight). When it’s done, I grab some forks and shred them up. Then when it’s time to eat I prep it however I want…maybe toss it with some enchilada sauce or throw it in a salad, top an omelette with it, make nachos out of them…anywhere chicken would work it works and it’s super easy 😊
I think you genuinely do a great service to all who watch you. You might not have got your physique through traditional means but the fact that you carry a humble additude and spread the message of proper self care and dedication to fitness makes you a symbol that inspires above all else

Bro Noel tysm I know I am late for this video but I have had a hard time sticking to my diet and this chicken is so good now I eat this for 2/3 meals per day 😅😅 thank you so much
Here's what I do and it comes out perfect every time. Evening it out is key or its just not gonna cook right and get hot spots that are dried out. Set your oven to 350 which is low but were using cast iron for this one so chill. Medium high heat on the stove top with your cast iron, throw the chicken on when the oil starts to bubble up rapidly right before it hits its smoke point and cook one side for 1 minute. Flip then cook for 30 seconds and just throw it into the preheated oven for 8 minutes. That's it. Literally foolproof. Don't forget to let your chicken rest or it'll be dry
@@frehesh.4386 yeah, but you know how intense some people get with cuts and fasts and macros and all the other fun things. It's a good reminder that even if you count seasoning as calories, you're still allowed to eat them
Youre the best man you dont even know how much you helped I finally got a lover who actually likes me the way I am thanks Noel youre giving me hope to keep going dont forget god loves you man❤😁
Don’t forget if you want to make the process require less attention you can invest in a slow cooker, do the same thing but add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1-2 cups of low sodium chicken or vegetable broth and seasonings, it will take longer but it’s way easier and if your end up shredding it you can add it to tortillas, buns, or the wraps Noel makes in an earlier short using spinach and eggs. Keep up the grind bros
The secret is to slightly undercook you chicken. Don't listen to people saying chicken needs to be cooked to 165. Salmonella dies instantly at that temp, but still dies more slowly at lower temperatures. By the time the chicken is at 155, it's already been hot long enough to pasteurize the meat. And it will still be cooked enough to not taste underdone.
It is hard to recommend a setting because it really depends on how thick your meat is (the chicken I mean). I strongly recommend a thermometer and aim for abput 72-75 degress Celsius. For thin slices of breast it usually takes about 170 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Thinner meat greatly reduces time and decreases the chance to dry out. Do not forget that if you let it rest for a few minutes (highly recommend) cook it only to around 65 because the center will continue cooking (and in worst case get dry). Letting it rest also helps keeping the juice "trapped". Finally you can add a little bit of oil. I usually do not because I am too fat for fat right now :-) there are many other methods like letting it sit in a marinade for a while or i a salt water bowl but I always forget to do it and it is not really worth the trouble imo. Most important though is too better overcook it and suffer through the food a little than undercooking chicken. Stay safe !!
I do this all the time with chicken breast, though with my method it's usually in the oven for 35-40 mins. If any of y'all want to know some spices here are my 3 favs! (These are all from the brand clubhouse btw) 1. Italiano. This is literally the best spice on this earth. Add about 80% of this on your chicken. 2. Garlic plus. Add about 10-15% of this to your chicken. I mainly use this one for homemade pizzas though. 3. Lemon and herbs. I'm still experimenting with this one in terms of how much to add, but definitely don't add too much because it is pretty strong. I usually add about 5-10% of this on my chicken. Here's the real trick to keeping the chicken juicy, make sure to add a thin layer of water to your pan (about the height of a pencil eraser, just enough to cover the surface of the whole pan) and add your chicken breasts on top. This really helps your chicken not to be dry. Put all that in the oven at 400° F (I think, I often forget because I always get my mom to cook this for me😭) and like I said, 35-40 mins.
Thanks noel! I honestly never really put much thought into the uneven sides of the chicken. Now that’s a brilliant idea to make sure it cooks evenly and you don’t get stuck with dry ends. 😒
Man I love this guy so much, he tells you about everything and he doesn't lie or fake stuff, and even though his body isn't natural, he doesn't try to hide behind it and say, oh yeah this is all me. And he's actually good at what he does!

pan searing takes about the same amount of time and makes some really good food for a minimal amount of work… i made a great chicken marsala a while back by just doing everything in one pan

If budget and kitchen space allows it, I recommend to do this in an air fryer. It is even faster than the oven and a great tool for meal prepping.
