You have to turn the Rotissery in the other direction, so the fat won‘t fall off so it runs over the meat again. When you look from the motor to the grill it should spin to the left. Greetings from Graz. 😉

I have a rotisserie kit for my Weber kettle, chicken breast and a jar of shawarma seasoning from the Mediterranean food store. This might happen for tomorrow's dinner, especially if I add some thighs between breast sections.
No shawarma is complete without thini, the sesame paste is a much better fit than mayonaise for meat portions

I make a similar bread but its equal quantity self raising flour to greek yoghurt. No oil. Dry pan & puffed up over a flame. Slightly softer & less crispy so easier to roll 👍
Huh. I just bought some Greek yogurt. No self-raising flour but I've got baking soda. Will have to try that.

If you have the option to buy the kettle pro, than I recommend getting that. If not that grill is a good option

My Houston Nephew says that chicken is not edible. He has explained to me that there are only three major food groups: Beef, Pork and Bacon, and that chicken is not only not edible, but DOES NOT EXIST. I pointed out that he eats omelets, but he does not recognize the relationship between eggs and chicken. What can I say, he was not a biology major….
I watched the first second of the video when he said chicken thighs and then showed the wrong spice did not even watch the rest of the video cause I knew from the start he made this wrong lol
Love the videos, long time subscriber. My question is. Why red onions. Because everyone says it’s healthy. ??? When you add red onions to any meat, you ruin the meat, because all you can taste is the red onion. Use white or yellow onions, it’s better with any meat, because it blends properly, and you can taste everything, not just red onions. Over powering for nothing. Thanks have a great day.
Thanks! When the red onions are brined they becomes less strong in flavor which makes them really enjoyable.
If you do this with the sweet onions they don't have enough flavor.
You can always use less of it.

Chicken bones are not good for dogs as they splinter and can cause internal damage, but to each his own, love the content:)
Grind the bones. Do that with chicken and turkey bones.

chicken bones are fine as long as they are raw. cooked bones splinter, but raw ones are fine for bigger dogs

Wo wo wo, you can not give chicken bones to a dog. They splinter tearing v the esophagus & stomach appart. Ask a veterinarian!

It's sad and disappointing when people appropriate others cultural foods and call it by the same name and it's nothing even close to what is supposed to be. Call the fusion of x with x, but don't call it x when it's not.
