    They either need to trade for an elite Center and draft elite potential guards, or trade for elite-great guards and draft an elite potential center, there is no room for in between not just becuz the front office owes it to Herb and JK, but to Rashawn and Joe for the masterclasd they have been putting on this season

      YES , they set the BLUE PRINT for ever NFL team to follow VRS us , now ! Chark is NOT the answer & they did not go & get any help for our QB ? I'm thinking , we could lose this game & the season , too !

  • @martin9410
    @martin9410 3 години тому +1

    I thought this team was to be so aggressive with the roster now compared to previous years, when we wouldn't have made any trades. The coaches must figure that we have a great receiving corps now. Not sure what they're smoking in that locker room right now, but they need to change brands. We see the Bills, Chiefs and other teams getting receiving help. This is what elite teams do. I think this is more proof that the Chargers privately see this as a rebuilding year. They're not doing everything they can to get into the playoffs this year, which is fine if that is their strategy. And I think, secretly, it is. So, we will all be a little less frustrated as we see it, simply as a rebuilding year too. This explains why they're not trying to go after playmakers this season. They figure that if they somehow sidestep into the playoffs this year, cool, if not, they're still on course. So we need to accept what the team is and what it isn't. And don't think that this game with the saints will be an easy one. The same receiver that started against the Cardinals and fumbled in the end zone is starting again tomorrow, so keep your fingers crossed that he doesn't cost us another game.

  • @martin9410
    @martin9410 3 години тому

    I think every game will be a challenge for the Chargers. They always play up or down to their competition. So no game in the future is a gimme. Right now, I'm hoping for an 8-9 season as we're rebuilding. Hope we can get there.

    GOOD MORNING DIRECTOR, IT'S ME TIMOTHY FROM VISTA CA, I THINK it's the Offensive line Coachs falt for not training the Chargers offensive line to charge at the Defensive line and push them back words to open up a big hole for the running backs to run through for a BIG first down or a TD.

  • @jeffbounds7025
    @jeffbounds7025 23 години тому +2

    Disagree, if you are going to be run first offense, it starts now! Chargers are rebuilding, shocker! Can't just fall back to Herbert throwing for 350 and still losing. Take the time to build a true Harbaugh team.

    • @jeffbounds7025
      @jeffbounds7025 23 години тому

      Fans, please don't think that Chark is our savior. This team has another year or two before we can start bragging, don't buy into the hype, that is the problem.

    • @martin9410
      @martin9410 3 години тому

      I think this is what the Chargers are doing. That is why they're not aggressive in getting playmakers. They're rebuilding this year and obviously can't tell that to their fans. That's why we get so frustrated.

  • @jeffbounds7025
    @jeffbounds7025 23 години тому +1

    Every NFL team has a blueprint to beat the Chargers! It's been proven now. Don't respect the deep ball, a problem that has existed now for years, and pressure Herbert up the middle. That simple strategy also helps stop the run against us. Herbert starts out cooking lately, but as other defenses learn that we have zero weapons, Herbert's crazy, short yardage games are no longer effective. That fact also makes the run game nonexistent, especially when you need it. Continue to add to the O line and please find Herbert some F-=-ing WEAPONS!!!

    • @martin9410
      @martin9410 3 години тому

      You can change the coaching but it is still the Chargers after all. They always play up to or down to their competition. Nothing has changed.

    Brenden Rice needs to study or something. Right now is his big opportunity but he can't learn this basic offense. I'm thinking it's going to be 21-7. It might be 21-0 into the half. And then that's all we do. But guess what, our next year Cap space is going to be looking good.

    So many of our issues come from Greg roman. NO ONE wanted him to be the OC. You know why? He can't call a full offense. He's leaving the Ferrari in 2nd gear. You can run the ball, but it doesn't help when you can't pass to open up the offense, and i'm not convinced over one game. We dont get to the red zone, and when we do, we don't score... I try to stay as positive as possible especially because we're only a few weeks into the 1st season of a new regime but COME ON... Defense is holding up thier end but offense needs to change things up. Still not a fan of greg roman... unless he shows why he deserved another chance and grows as a coordinator.

  • @jeffbounds7025
    @jeffbounds7025 23 години тому +1

    Not sure Roman is the culprit here. Roman doesn't drop passes or fumble within the five yard line or allow Justin to get murdered on stunt blocking! I am not a Roman lover, but I don't think the losses are his fault. He is convenient to blame, but the painful truth is, WE DON'T HAVE THE HORSES TO PLAY HARBAUGH FOOTBALL! Contrary to popular belief, the Ravens always had weapons to throw to; A team that the Chargers are trying to emulate. We were warned by Popper, and other writer/experts, that the Chargers roster was very subpar. Our coaching is elite! The roster??...

      They know, but they can't just come out and tell the fanbase, "We're rebuilding this season," or enthusiasm might drop. But if one reads the tea leaves, this is what is happening. That is why they are not being as aggressive as other teams. They're saving all their draft capital for 2025. So they're not going to go out and do anything wild this season.

    It's always the coaches' fault. Never the fault of the one consistent through all the mediocrity. Herbert is who is he is. 4 years at Oregon, and into his 5th in the NFL tells us who he is. A QB with all the arm talent in the world, but no fire, so always under achieves compared to expectations based on his arm talent. It's not going to get better, this has always been Justin Herbert.
