XBox Series X Fan Replacement

How to replace an XBox Series X fan. Fortunately the fan motor had seized, making this repair relatively straightforward and simple. Had their been a lack of power getting to the fan connector, we might have had to do a lot more in the way of diagnostics and likely some motherboard work.
If you get a lack of ventilation message on your Xbox Series X, check to see if the fan is pushing out any air. If not, you might consider replacing the fan.

Hey Greg! Yeah, I edited out most of what I was doing with the multimeter once I realized it was just a seized motor. Was really gonna connect to the power supply and see if it would spin.
