What if you did an episode where you bought enough iron/coal from the ore seller to make the iron/steel bars for one hour of giant's foundry. It would probably take about 2 hours (buying/smelting/smithing), but I bet it would be a nice low requirement money maker, and it would always be viable because the prices aren't based off of the Grand Exchange. Good smithing exp, and you get flat cash back which is nice. This method is even viable on an ironman. You could also flat out buy the materials from the GE if you wanted to ignore the ironman portion of the moneymaker.
