Why are staff and security in job centre's always so rude, uneducated, unprofessional and ridiculous. I'm assuming because they deal with people who don't have jobs and they do, they think they are above them.

Jobcentres are the worst! I remember having to go to the one in Hull which is the largest in the UK as well and I was having a private telephone conversation with my girlfriend as her father was in hospital after being in a car crash, anyway, my conversation got rudely interupted by a G4-Stupid security guard telling me to leave the building to which I politely told him no and to mind his own business. He then proceeded to escalated the situation by trying to snatch my phone off my hand and I had to push him away as he invaded my personal space and even hurling abuse shouting 'if you don't fuck off, I will call the police!' after that, I raised a complaint about his behavior next day and that wanker was still there shouting at people. Poorly trained idiots at the taxpayers expense to this private firm, needs to stop.

If you work for a local council as long as you turn up for work no matter how bad you are at your job it doesnt matter, you will have a job for life, just turning up is enough!
