That mute was by far the best one. Hilarious.
You know, I find it particularly interesting that you say people are put on edge when they know what you do - it doesn't make sense to me. Do people really lie that much? What are they scared of?

I chose to lie 4 times today at work:
    1) Why I was late to work
    2) Tell an old person that I was alone at work and therefore didn’t have time to to talk to him about how to dry his wet trousers.
    2) Telling a person who has a black toe (a la a severe frostbite) that if he went to the hospital immediately the doctors were able to save it.
    4) Telling a man that I didn’t have time to talk because I was busy...
I just didn't want to listen to him talking about how a burnt human flesh smelled like a roast ( from a pig).
His descriptions was very colorful and vivid when I visited him earlier to dispense his medicine at work. I just wanted to get home

Your descalation techniques are similar to those taught as martial artists.
1: TALK yourself out of the situation.
2: WALK away from the situation.
3: RUN away from the situation.
4: HIDE your away out of the situation.
    LASTLY
5: FIGHT your way OUT of the situation... Only UNTIL you can get away safely...
Funny thing you mentioned about being able to tell military or any of the forces, incl police, ambo's, fireies, etc ...
The amount of people who ask if I'm either a cop or ex cop - I'm not...
I'm ex-army 😉 but people DO pick up on it....

Hey Scott, I personally know of a scrawny gay dude getting roughed up in a college dorm elevator. The gay dude looked like a white Bruce Lee. He had a 3rd black in karate. The four big guys wound up in the hospital, really messed up. Parents wanted to charge gay dude with all kinds of things. Small college town police died laughing at big football dudes in elevator, now in hospital. This altercation made the newspapers and wire services. It may have been, in part, the basis of a movie script, called Karate Kid.

The sling blade/ billy bob shift reminds me of when people go into hypnotic trances/alters. Like some of the MMA athletes, actors, etc Chase hypnotizes to not feel pain or snap into an alter ego etc.

I spend my day training dogs and horses. Trying to lie to them is fruitless -- although horses are wonderful at deception. When they let you into the herd, they let you in on the jokes. They can present a bland expression on the side near the butt of the joke, but on the side facing you they get a sly "watch me get this guy" look.

Muscle memory plays a part in learning to become something. I gained muscle memory as a private, professional dog trainer. I had to teach my clients to understand each movement. It really is about training the owners as much, if not more, than the dogs.
    The hardest breed to train...
Is the human, in some cases.
I also felt like I was putting on a play at every client's home.
I dreamed I was training dogs it was so automatic for me.
