Yousei Teikoku (妖精帝國), also known as Das Feenreich, is a five-member gothic & symphonic metal band on Lantis label started by Itsuki Yui, born October 25, 1980. Yui formed this band back in 1997. Their music mixes elements of gothic metal, heavy metal, electronic and classical music. Their works include the opening tracks of several anime series, including Future Diary, Magical Pokan, Innocent Venus, Kurokami: The Animation, The Qwaser of Stigmata, Big Order, and the Tokyo ESP soundtrack. Yui is also a voice actor for anime and video games and has been in:

DenKare / Yousei Teikoku has a lot of awesome stuff, unfortunately there's very few videos on the UA-cam. On the PAX VESANIA album (which Astral Dogma is from) the main guitarist was Shiren of Unlucky Morpheus fame, as has been pointed out. DenKare's DETONATOR might be more your speed (same band - different name, for a rather interesting reason...). Nowadays they have two new guitarists XiVa and ryöga and with pretty much every album they've gotten heavier.
If anyone's interested I thoroughly do suggest giving 'The Age of Villains' a listen, you can find all the songs, but only "Paradiso≒Inferno" has an actual video ( ua-cam.com/video/XVyQ63GDV2g/v-deo.html ). Autoscopy, Ranshou Aion, Sou sou friesian and especially Zetsu are quite something. In case you are looking them up they also go by "Das Feenreich", which is just 妖精帝國 in german.
Other than that "flamma idola" does also come with a video, and it's stylistically probably the closest to Astral Dogma: ua-cam.com/video/ybxFU5Xr2AM/v-deo.html .

The first time I sawr it was last year, around covid or before. I loved it right away. And her she reminded me of a gothic Betty Boop, I'm giving away my age. Yeah Im a Boomer. But I never left Rock, and was looking for something New. Japan is where it's at ! And I am loving it !
