Little bit of trivia, the guitarist in the white shirt is Shiren from Unlucky Morpheus. Despite the steampunk imagery here Yousei is really more gothic in style generally.

Yousei Tekoku (Das Feenreich/The Fairy Realm) is the musical propaganda unit of Yui Sama, the Ash Dictator, Dictator for Live, Eternal Empress of the Fairy Realm so.... yea, dramatic sounds about right 😁
The cool thing is that even live on stage, Yui never breaks character and really embodies the Fairy Empress with all the dramatic antics and show you'd expect.
To get a better idea of what they are about in a live setting, I very much recommend you check out the LIVE version of their song "Patriot Anthem" and PLEASE remember to switch on English close captions for that one to understand what she's talking about (There is more talking than just the lyrics would show you)!
Yousei Teikoku (妖精帝國), also known as Das Feenreich, is a five-member gothic & symphonic metal band on Lantis label started by Itsuki Yui, born October 25, 1980. Yui formed this band back in 1997 at 16!!! They are still together and touring/ Yui chan is now 44 and still looks like a teen. Their music mixes elements of gothic metal, heavy metal, electronic and classical music. Their works include the opening tracks of several anime series, including Future Diary, Magical Pokan, Innocent Venus, Kurokami: The Animation, The Qwaser of Stigmata, Big Order, and the Tokyo ESP soundtrack. Yui is also a voice actor for anime and video games and has been in:

Yousei Teikoku is really good.
From their newer stuff Paradiso Inferno is the only one that has a music video, so I definitely recommend watching it first, but the entire Age of Villains album is great.
Personally I also recommend: Shadow Corps, Kuusou Mesorogiwi, Patriot Anthem. But tbh, if you are a metal fan, their entire discography from Pax Vesania onwards is worth having a look at.
