For quite some time I've replaced half of my white rice and 1/4 of protein into red kidney beans.

@@KelionPuritanthat’s exactly what I do the beans will provide a healthy source of carbohydrates, laundry list of vitamins, minerals and protein despite that protein being incomplete and less bioavailability that’s where the animal based protein comes along and provides complete protein with high bioavailability thus improving the protein quality of the beans.

The difference is the bioavailability of the nutrients in the beans
The human body usually absorbs around 30-70% of the protein depending on how the beans are prepared, this makes
    Meat
    Dairy
    Eggs
The best protein sources because of the high absorption rate
I’m additions bean and plant protein, isnt a complete set of the base amino acids, thats why the body rejects most of it

@@Jack-tk1isthe protein you eat consist of amino acids. When you eat protein your body breaks it down into the amino acids so that it can be used in your body. Your body can produce some amino acids, but some can’t be made and therefore needs to be eaten. Around 10 essential amino acids we can’t produce Meat is a “complete protein”, since it has all the essential amino acids. Plants often times lack some amino acids so that is why she said combine beans and rice. Beans have the amino acids rice lacks, and rice has the amino acids beans lack.

"Cooking" doesn't kill salmonella "sustained temperature above 150" kills salmonella but sustained temperature above 160 kills some other shit you don't want to consume. If you're really going for the gusto cook your food at around 5000 kelvin, nothing bad will survive, and you'll have a portable sun.
