TY, TY, TY.... I confess there have been times that I have bought a loaf of white bread and made grilled cheese bc it was the one comfort food I just could not seem to live without.
I think most of us are guilty of this. In fact, I had some the other day because it was a holiday in the UK on Monday and I wanted a cheese toasty. Which I then had to with white bread. But my didn't complain the next day :D
it's great to see keto bread without the need for baking yeast, since it's impossible to find it any where, even on-line, I am making this tomorrow for lunch! Of all the keto cooking channels, you guys' recipes are the best, at least coming out of my kitchen, thank you so always for sharing such wonderful foods with the masses.
This was absolutely amazing!! The best keto grilled cheese I've ever had. The only thing I'd change is the amount of salt, 1 tsp was way too much for me and I only used about 3 quarters that amount. I think a pinch or upto 1/4 teaspoon would be perfect. Thank you so much for another wonderful recipe!
I made this tonight & it was delicious. I was able to make grilled cheese & the texture was perfect. I would leave out the salt & cook 20 min but otherwise great. I also had a piece with a little butter on top with Choc Zero maple syrup, amazing!!!!
Definitely winter meals when I lived in CT, grilled cheese amd tomato soup. Gluten free baking powder. I never knew or thought about that before. Thanks!

I found tje same thing in the chedder cheese biscuits- cut back to 1/4 in the recipe and tasted great. i also use salted butter so that might have something to do with it
Omgosh I just made this and it is awesome now I used half of the salt because I’m watching my salt but it’s really good. If I use it for sandwiches I’ll leave off the onion powder but that’s just my preference.

My favorite tomato soup is super simple: sauté a few onions in butter, blend together with a cup or two of beef bone broth and 2-4 cups of stewed tomatoes. It may be a little higher in carbs than I make a habit of having but for a treat - a comforting treat, it is worth it!!!!

I tried this tonight. I think maybe I added too much salt though (I don't have ready to go salt, have to grind it😬) and next time I'll add another slice of cheese instead of just one slice. I like that it didn't taste eggy to me compared to other keto breads I've made before. Thanks for the recipe. I will do it again next week.
I like this recipe I put a blob onto my hot sandwich press and got a like thin crispy wafer then I tried to melt cheese onto the wafer but it didn't work cheese didn't melt and it might have burnt the wafer so i just put cheese onto it and it was great for me
I have made this twice, both times with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. It is delicious, but the texture is too soft for me to really do a closed sandwich. I have had to make it open face style and eat it with a fork. Is there something I can do to make the texture sturdier?

1tsp gluten-free baking powder
1tsp salt
2tsp ground flax meal
1/4 tsp onion powder
Fresh ground peoper
2tbsp butter
2 large eggs

Sugar-free Mom has a son with nut allergies and she uses sunflower seed flour a lot as a substitute. Perhaps you can try that.
