also have to say what you said.. living in a low income neighborhood , but you shouldn't be smart....spot on, there are geniuses out there, and we know who we are...
Hi Jack, i saw your video over on CG kids channel. Just want to say that it is uplifting to see somebody rise up and take control of their situation. That takes a lot of strength and determination. Wish you all the best on your jouney!
You are absolutely right that mental health challenges are a real thing. I was one of those people who never understood the depth of it, until it happened to me. The pressures going on right now, and many other triggers can definitely exacerbate the issue. Thank you for speaking out on it, and checking in on others.
Shit, this just feels so raw and open, I can tell you think about things a lot, and you self-analyse yourself. I hope in the future we can have a world where everyone can be open about their mental health, and mental health issues aren’t classed as ‘crazy’. And where addiction isn’t because you’re a bad person, but because you’ve gone through a lot of shit that you need to escape from, and that’s the only comfort you can have in life.
Love your content, and it's refreshing hearing someone like you who grew up around "black culture" talking openly about taboos regarding mental health and education. There are so many people putting others down because they decided to make a change, and just because it may or may not fit into whatever "culture" they abide too, it should be supported rather than made fun of or brushed off. Thank you for being so open on the subject and I love hearing your perspective
hey man keep pushing through, i been having a lot of mental health issues too, don’t give up on your recovery either fam, we support you and we love you fam❤️
your the kind of speaker id go see on stage talk about this stuff. and you dont need to refine or tune or anything, you speak from the heart, the soul because youve lived and thats the real i want to see and hear. Tony Robbins eat your heart out
Thank you for your courage and giving people hope that recovery is possible. I pray that God blesses you and uses you for his purpose and keeps you safe. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
Loved where you brought up seeking help as not being synonymous with a life sentence of medication. I think a big issue for why mental health is not talked about as much is because many, many people have this notion in their mind, which, while not true, is inherently attached to any seeking of professional help. Sometimes professionals themselves lend to this view of reality, once I saw a psych and was prescribed powerful medications after a less-than-10-minute meeting and not even a diagnosis. I think what's most important here is to emphasize personal liberty in these situations. I have no easy answers, but I did very much enjoy your video. I have not been on this earth even half as long as you but I can tell you are a very intelligent person, it's very inspirational to hear at the end of the video that you've found your "middle" and don't care what people think. I feel like I'm still looking. Thanks for the video.
Just like how cancer is cause by complications in the body, mental is caused by complications in our thoughts. With cancer you find the tumor and address it. With mental health you find the thoughts causing problems and address them.
Good morning Chode Gobbler. Thanks for checking in on a brother. To be honest its been a emotional roller coaster since the pandemic. I was just thinking the other day I need to start putting out some new content. Question do you have any topics or suggestions you'd like to here? I just started back doing interviews on various podcast. But I don't own the rights to the interview so I have been unable to share it here. But I will post something soon even if its just a quick checking. Again thank you for checking on me
@@PEER2PEERWHOLEWELLNESS please put out content i would watch anything tbh een you sharing thoughts or seeing you trying to meditate or sumn dont get lost in the pandemic its really hard but i believe in you stay strong... hope to hear from you again

I've found wise, intelligent people often give themselves the hardest time. It can be so difficult to pull ourselves out of our own heads sometimes.
