If you mean the upper one where the shock mounts to it looks like it might be able to. Doesn’t look welded from what I remember. If you’re talking the lower mounting stud that goes into the hole in the frame, no that’s welded unless you cut it off
@@jtmoffroad yeah I was asking about the one where the shock mounts to. I upgraded to Fox Shocks and the rear ones don’t fit on the stock mount because the shocks have that metal sleeve inside the bushing
I hated those shock extensions, they make your shocks in a bind cuz they are inboard farther. Even after I moved the axle mounts inward the shocks still rubbed and dented on the extensions when wheeling/flexing. Hopefully you have better luck than I did
I like it with the old flares on. Those brackets are tanked to be fair, should hold up forever. Thanks for the video
That hole was a pita to drill!
Hey man just wondering if that mounting stud on the bracket can be taken off?

Instead of drilling a hole couldn’t ya just weld these on?
Which shocks did you go with?

Fwiw I welded a 3rd tab next do the existing 2 on the axle and moved it over the whole width of a shock mount
those brackets look beefy. I think the metal will hold. If it fails then you just get to weld in more metal.
