This video class format in my opinion is unique and very useful to learn. The insertions of small scenes is crucial. Keep it up Professor Paul. Thank you for everything. From Brasil !!
Great video as before. When I look up a dictionary to find the meaning of "to" in a sentence, there are more than 20 meanings. I am very confused by these meanings of the prepostion. and do not know to choose which one. This video make me understand the most important and common meanings of to. We use "to" for several situations: direction, giving something, impressions(opinions), behavior, connection, a rang of number. I am hoping to watch your another videos about other prepostions. All the best.
thank you teacher. i had seen your video about the "for" and this "to" it's very useful to get it to me but i can say the most difficult thing is both to and for. even though you was nice explanation I will always be confused especially the "for" because of the similar meaning with "to"and "for" anyway your teaching is a good for me. and i would like to please you when you make other video. that's what many mistakes samples to show us. that's why to easy understand to me. for example as you said with this video "she gave it for me " it's not right. but why not? it's my problem while learning English. however i was wondering what i'm writing in English now. i haven't been put it on word this long. thank you again.
It's hard to explain why some prepositions are chosen over others. It is mainly due to common usage. Whatever preposition the majority of English speakers choose is the one we go with.
How to differentiate between to infinitive and to as preposition? " i go to work" . Why "to" in this sentence is called an infinitive, not a preposition
I like the way you teach. Greetings from Brazil!

Just a little remark about pronunciation. I'd say the word"roof"
Roof like moon, blue etc. It sounded strange to me. Why is that?
