I'm glad you spoke about adjustments. My knee was severely re-injured by a yoga teacher while doing the childs pose. The teacher pushed my butt toward my heels and snapped my knee joint. It was very painful! That was 8 years ago and that knee still gives me a lot of pain and jumps in and out of socket. Very important subject! I love what you said about the training not making you into a teacher but rather experience will. Thank you so much! 🌺

How many hours a day did you spend working on it? I am looking at their site and just trying to understand and was hoping perhaps you'd have some insight. I work full time and my hubs and I only have one car so the in person really isn't possible for me right now and am looking for a reasonably affordable online course I can take. 🪷🧘🏼♀️
