Ans 2. Planning is an empty exercise without controlling as Planning and Controlling are inseparable twins of management because :-
• Planning and controlling are inter-dependent and inter- linked on each other
• In Planning we put out plans on paper but they have to be actually implemented. Planning is dependent on controlling as it ensures that the plans followed strictly.
• Controlling is undertaken for implementation of plans accurately and timely.
But in ncrt there is no topic about scope of controlling so we need to learn this topic or not and limitations nhi ayengi kya bcz in cbse syllabus usme likha h ki controlling concept and agar concept likha h to usme to sb agya na limitations, features, imp. Plz reply mam
