Hi, and thanks for the videos, they are a great help ! What thickness is the 316 grade SS tig welding rods ? 0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm,1.6mm, 2.0mm? Many thanks, Andy
Very well explained, watched a couple of your vids now and settling with a drink or two to glean more info. I'm taking up beach/shore fishing this winter, having a break from the pike. Just down from you in Teesside, so will probably be hitting some of the same marks.
More recently I bought a tackle box (all new parts included). The box contained many of these parts; however, I did not have a clue what they were or how to use them.. I do now, Cheers bud.
You make great rigs, but I wish I could understand you better, I have big trouble with English and Irish accents..... I'm from the deep south USA where we talk real slow.
Great video! I've been surf fishing since I was 8 yrs. old. I've always used a paternoster type rig exclusively but its great to see other types other fishermen use. You have inspired me to try these new rigs and make them too. Keep up the good work!
I am about to try out beach fishing having only done coarse fishing to date, thanks for posting this tutorial it was great to give me a few pointers on the way the pulley rig works, the rig bits and how to tie the rig. Kind regards from the south coast.
Another great rig paul I have had a go at making it but instead of the small hook at the top , I have tied a swivel and a shot hook snood to a strong 2-0 hook to give a pulley top trace to the dropper on the bottom works very well over here in the Mersey. Tight lines Les
Great video Paul. Question, are you familiar with the dingle dangle rig? If so, how do you connect the dingle dangle rig trace to your rig body? Can you use the dingle dangle with the pulley rig body?
Hi Paul, love watching your videos. I live in Germany and like fishing a lot. I have seen on one of your videos a rig that you made and you use a kind of tiny spring on the line. Could you please tell me the name of that spring and where I can buy them? Thanks and best regards. J.Rodrigues TIGHT LINES
Got half way through your video and had to turn it off, I couldn’t understand a word you said, only the odd word here & there.. it’s speeded up mumbling type thing that I couldn’t get. ? Are you English? I am through and through.. I’m sure your video is very good but I have no way of knowing ?
I'm a lad from the northeast of England. Newcastle way so I come under the category of being a geordie. Now as it's not my fault at all about where I'm from and can't help my accent. If you can't understand me then why don't you just do one? You will be of no miss to me whatsoever. So go and do the right thing and remove me. Go on it's not hard to do....PRESS THAT DELETE BUTTON...
Once again, an awesome tutorial Paul. I use your rigs often and I have made a bit of an impression on my fellow Kiwi fishing mates here in New Zealand. Great going mate!!
That rig makes no sense to me; why not connect the pulley swivel the the shock, have the line from weight go through the pulley bead to a swivel with the hook length - that metal clip is completely unnecessary.
Thank you from Texas, USA!! The Brits are so far advanced with their sea fishing rigs. I've learned a lot from you. Keep up the great videos mate!!
Another good episode, very clear, love you're enthusiasm. makes me want to go fishing

Can use them on any type of rig, whether it be a flapper or clipped rig. Just make them from strong enough line and you're good👍

Only problem with this rig is the snood takes the pressure of the cast. Not good
Use same line for the snood as the rig body and all is good👍
