    Can diabetic or normal people take normal milk tea with meal?and can u say what all protein can be included in breakfast for a vegetarian

      Milk tea is ok..after the meal..1 time usually.

    mam according to you we should include 25 gram of protein in every meal but protein is hard to digest i feel constipated for days only including 20 gram of protein in a day into my diet if there any way to feel less constipated after including protein in my diet then pls share

      You could include fiber along with protein & drink plenty of water or else just drink jeera & fennel boiled water after meal that helps in flushing out.

      Indeed! When your gut is not functioning well, then it is hard to digest proteins, specifically beans. In that case, make sure you are healing your gut first then slowly increase quantity and quality (easily digestible proteins) in your diet.

    i eat too much. i eat the fruits, veggies, beans. But i have bad habits. i eat the meat and refined foods also. cant resist. i am an addict.
    i think i need to water fast. eating in moderation is impossible for me. i fail all the time.

      Hello! Don't be so harsh on yourself. We all indulge and have few things that we do not like about ourselves, but it should not hamper your health goals and neither it should stop you from becoming the person you want to be. It's ok to eat meat and refined foods, but what you can do is to increase the amount of fruits, veggies and beans specifically so that you feel lesser the need of other stuff to fill in the cravings. Your body needs support (in terms of blood sugar balance and selfcare), not water fast. Water fasting will start that never ending cycle of starting something not able to complete and feeling even more depleted than ever. I hope it helps.       @@Medhyaherbals i dont mean indulging. i feel like shoveling food in my mouth. especially at night. i gained so much cuz of it. constantly feeling hungry and tired. sick of it.

      @@Aria-Invictus Indeed! The cravings that arise at night time are primarily due to imbalanced pitta (in the form of imbalanced blood sugars and imbalanced cortisol - stress hormone). Need to check both of these to be able to control what you eat and how much you eat or simply to be able to say no.
