When do you take the cake out of the baking pan because when I try taking it out to rips up?

I know there are a lot of opinions about when to take cakes out of the pan, but honestly I usually let them cool in the pan. What I find helps with releasing from the pan is using Wilton Bake Easy amzn.to/3Hlz0a0
