Hi you are so cool I have been watching you for 2 years you have inspired me I have 3 of my own rabbits I have one Creme cross Flemish giant one rex cross Flemish giant and one silver fox you inspired me to get the silver fox.I do not eat my rabbits they are pets to me. I am Poppy, a 10 year old girl from New Zealand. Can you shout me out in your next video and say shout out to the creme team. It was so much fun writing this and one day I hope to meet you and I hope you had a good birthday 🐰🐇🐇💖🎉🎂
I am having a fall litter as well. They are going to be born on November 11 or 12th. I’m so happy for you and I can’t wait to have my little baby rabbits this fall as well. This video just makes me so much more excited.❤
My family will be moving to Oklahoma soon. Hoping to get a place with space for rabbits! I am considering Creme de Argents, because they are beautiful and I've been falling in love with them from watching your channel. My personal first choice is Rexes in blue, chocolate, lilac and broken versions of those varieties, because i already have experience with that breed. Who says I have to focus on one breed? We can get so much more (space, nicer house than here for a quarter of the price, safer community, even the pay for my husband's profession is higher) out there than here. We are currently in an area that is getting more and more expensive, with higher than ever crime. I am looking forward to being able to find a place out there.
Happy belated birthday! My youngest son was born on Halloween, too. He just turned three. Love your videos! I am making your white rabbit chili next weekend for my church's book club.
I have two Fauve de Bourgogne does and they are both scared as hell. Everytime I try to pet them they would growl and eventually run away or attack with paws if I approach from front. If I approach them kinda from the top, I can pet them if I'm super patient and spend some time with them. I managed to breed one of them, but the other one no chance in hell. She would only run away from the buck and run circles on the breeding table, stomping her feet and be totally annoyed. I will keep on trying, persistence should be the key to success. Greetings from europe!
Tiffany, I’ve seen you house your rabbits outside and now in barn. I will eventually be raising Tamuks in Tenn. and not sure with hot/ humid summers if I can keep them cool enough in a barn during summers. Our area can be very windy in the mountains. Which is not good for winter. Cooling equipment is adding expenses. What are your thoughts on setting them up inside or out? Learning a lot from your videos. Thank you. Deb
That breed of rabbits were bred to withstand the heat.....I'm in Louisiana and I'm going to incorporate them in my breeding program....I raise meat rabbits Fryers ...new Zealand and California cross ....
Its funny the one with 4 has a lot of hair and the one with more babies pull less... same my two bunnies got babies one got 4 lot's of hair one got 12 little bit of hair... i just took some from the other bunny lol
Happy belated birthday. I just have a few questions regarding breeding and starting stock. When trying to get good show quality animal is it better just to breed what you have or try to find a buck/doe that is expensive but very nice. I have 8 rabbits in total, 3 of 8 are nice and I getting a 4th very nice rabbit. But I'm being told that I just need to breed what I have. I am but I'm not seeing results. I've got 2 siamese satins, one has a very nice body is to Sr weight but her coat is garbage and my other siamese doesn't hit Sr weight but he has a decent not good coat. Another option for her is a slightly under sr weight black buck with a coat to die for but his shoulder is long and weak. Should I wait till i get the nice buck I'm waiting for or breed her to one of these 2?
It depends on what is available in your area. I suggest if you have the option to purchase the best rabbits to start with, do it. I like having projects and have worked with my cremes for the past 3 years to get them to where they are now, but cremes can be a little harder to find, good quality ones at least.
If you have a couple babies that don't look like they're getting fed. What can you do I have some other 4 days old. Couple of them look very skinny. The others were fat like you showed on your rabbits. We have the HISEA boots we love them
I don’t know anything about rabbit genetics, but I do know how genetics work in people and many other mammals and if it’s a standard four quadrant chart based on dominant and recessive genes for both parents, it is possible it could be genetic if both parents had that recessive gene.
The fall off is sooo funny 😂😂😂
Crèmes are so pretty
I’m definitely watching your socials to see when I can snag some nice quality cremes off of you 😅😂
Thank you for sharing how you pair up your rabbits! Super helpful for an aspiring rabbit breeder!

You can try to hold the one doe still as the buck tries to breed. I’ve had to do that before!
She is the only rabbit I've had that "breaks" if one holds her over the eyes. Other rabbits stay still. lol
How exciting, my birthday is on Halloween as well. I've always loved rabbits and find your videos very informative.
Very nice type on the breeding pairs !!! Future winners , a nice informative video, !!

I always try to breed two does at once in case I need a foster. Some does feed better than others!
How are the breeding experiments going?
Slow… I am attempting for the 4th time to get my Florida white bred, using a different buck this time 🙃
@@TealStoneHomestead is she not interested in the bucks?
How do you deal with rats ?
Lol my too Halloween birthday
Sorry I ment to say 9 months. One born early January other born early February
I don’t typically breed my does until at least 7 months old, and usually closer to 9-10 months old. Both does bred in this video were born in January.
Thanks❤
Are you selling any of these babies?
I will not know until I evaluate them early next year 🙂
@@TealStoneHomestead what about the older babies?
