I was just began watching Season 6 Episode 1 of "Justified" and had to stop to find this tune. I love it.
Music for Justified is curated by Steve Porcaro from Toto, he was responsible for this. Lucinda is kind of stealth performer that the industry insiders know about but seems to have been missed by the general public. Really channels Janis Joplin in many of her performances.

I'm from England and I had never heard of lucinda Williams but I was watching the ghosts of highway 20 documentary and I heard a clip of one of her songs and my god it gave me chills I stopped the doc straight away to look that song up and I'm glad I did because she's got a fantastic voice and a beautiful poet I'm a big fan now
Ghost of highway 20 documentary brought me here.. shes like a best kept secret .not many people heard of her. You just dont listen to her lyrics you feel them. I'm a big fan of the paranormal.
