Hi Dave - responding to your email too - but just in case someone else has the same problem.. not really without a relay tester that can measure current (which costs a lot more than relays). The best thing to do though would be to measure the resistance of your elements if you have a multimeter and feel comfortable doing it. For a 240v kiln you should have 22-23 ohms of resistance for a 10 amp element group, or 11ish ohms for a 20amp - for 110v kilns 11 ohms will give you 10amp, and 5.5 ohms will be for 20amp... anything away from these numbers suggests you need elements rather than relays. It could also be your safety switch if you kiln has one of these. If you aren't sure - relays are cheap and easy to swap.

Thank you for the video! I have the same model Cress. I suspect the relays need replacing. When I do a test run…ramp at 9999° up to 1000°…the kiln only heats up about 10°-15° per minute. Is there a way to test the relays? They’re not too expensive so I’m thinking I’ll just replace them anyways. Thanks for any info.

    Great video ,
Can you please advise if you carry these relays in stock ?
I have an Olympic Gf2eTLc 20 x 20 in kiln that has a Bartlett RTCc1000 digital controller that is showing an E-d error ! The manual is telling me it is possibly a relay issue .
Sorry to contact you this way . Happy to email if you can send
    Many thanks
