"When i sent my people to kill your people, for my people. You killed more of my people". That line had me dying of laughter, right after feeling ao much dread for Ricks group.
imagine this: we get a prequel to the saviors, it could 1-3 seasons but this time the spinoff actually has the writing quality of the first 6 seasons, then in the series finale we see negan preparing himself in the rv at this exact moment and the spin-off would end with him saying “pissing our pants yet” and we see rick’s group lined up
So back in 2019 when I started watching Walking Dead i was in severe suicidal depression.... watching Negan ...copying is charisma and confidence made me love him more than anything...he helped me through a tough time ....❤
The way how they introduce him to us was genius, big start up to his character, only his name was ever told, and if people still didn’t take him seriously, he takes 2 things from us we can never get back. Brilliant
Negan was the scariest villain of the whole series....most intidating villain and was even scarier than the walkers. Negan broke the spirit of Rick and his whole team and non of the villians did that from the whole series.
Great introduction to Negan right here. Despite the cliffhanger they left this season on. This was a great into to him and showed just how much of a threat he and the saviors are. At least how they should have been. However, the disappointment for me, in my opinion, was the all out war season. It was done so terribly with poor execution. No one knew how to shoot or conserve ammo, which is a commodity in an apocalyptic world, and they’re spraying it like idiots, especially rick’s group. Rick literally had a chance to kill Negan when they attacked the sanctuary and their outposts. Negan with all his top saviors were literally out in the open (which was actually pretty stupid). Instead Rick and his group shot and wasted bullets on the glass. So yeah, they dropped the ball on the all out war season, which should have / could have been the best season of the walking dead. Regardless, I’ll give credit where credit is due, and this scene introducing Negan was done very well. Too bad the showrunners couldn’t do the same for the actual war that would happen between Rick & Negan.

I’m pretty sure if Merle was in this scene he would’ve been captured instead of Daryl. I can just picture him saying so much shit that would piss Negan off 😂
I know he swears a whole lot more in the comics and there were several several f bombs left out from here but honestly I like it I’m not against f bombs at all but there’s something about how eloquently and well spoken JDM as Negan is that just works so he doesn’t need to swear
Rehearsal ofc. Lol. Rick’s crew easily not the first group he took over. He’s used this speech a few times before, but he has to modify it a little for the particular situation. “When I sent more of my people to kill your people for killing my people, you killed more of my people”. Lol he just didn’t come up with that while he was standing there. That’s too good! He has to make his point, but he also has to entertain the Saviors. Somebody in the back was like “Bro! "When i sent my people to kill your people, for my people. You killed more of my people". That line had me dying of laughter, right after feeling ao much dread for Ricks group.
imagine this:
we get a prequel to the saviors, it could 1-3 seasons but this time the spinoff actually has the writing quality of the first 6 seasons, then in the series finale we see negan preparing himself in the rv at this exact moment and the spin-off would end with him saying “pissing our pants yet” and we see rick’s group lined up
Negan is a good teacher. Little bit rough but really can deliver the message. Like on the field - everyone knows what to do.
The build up to this was really something we won't get again anytime soon, too bad they fumbled everything after this.
Anyone here from Here’s Negan episode (10x22)
Me I forgot how brilliant he was
Yeh its crazy his character evolution
Good old days
So back in 2019 when I started watching Walking Dead i was in severe suicidal depression.... watching Negan ...copying is charisma and confidence made me love him more than anything...he helped me through a tough time ....❤
I have a crush on a man who is 35 year older than me
Its okay, no judgment here
It’s ok so do I
Yeah and I'm gay for him
I'm 14 who likes negan so same
Weirdos
1:19 What the hell subtitles
😳😂
Really and Naked. Best characters
The way how they introduce him to us was genius, big start up to his character, only his name was ever told, and if people still didn’t take him seriously, he takes 2 things from us we can never get back. Brilliant
If negan didn't take out 2 very important main guys....maybe the fans will never take him seriously
The best character introduction of all time
*menacingly walks up to Rick with barbwire rapped bat*
“Hi.”
Negan was the scariest villain of the whole series....most intidating villain and was even scarier than the walkers. Negan broke the spirit of Rick and his whole team and non of the villians did that from the whole series.
Negan was absolutely awesome he is one of the best characters in TV history
The best character in history*
It's crazy that how after all Rick's done, Negan only politely ask him to stop killing his men and they live happily ever after
The most unsettling and greatest episode of The Walking Dead of all time hands down. This whole episode had the craziest build up
I kinda got bored of season 5 but i was so excited to see who Negan was. so here I am, and GOD i alr know hes gna be one of my more liked characters
rick was very upset about this part.
I saw the version where negan drops f bombs over and over and this version hits so much better
Probably the best villain introducion ive ever seen
Most villains come out with some dramatic line about society or their backstory or somethin and Negan's just there like "hehe peepee pants"
The silence between the lines is so loud🤌🏻🤌🏻👏🏻
This is text book on how you subjugate a rival gang.
i was terrified the first time i saw this
“Give me your shit……or I will kill you” such a cold line
Bro its a fucking story lol
@@gustavostosic7723 what do you mean by that? Despite it being a "story" a story is still supposed to make sense and be believable.
@@jmc28J17 I know right? I hate it when people are talking about the show and people suddenly say "its just a show"
Like no shit. All we are doing is discussing it.
@@gustavostosic7723 2 plus years later and I am replying that you are a moron. lmao
I love that there wasn’t a dramatic reveal ya know the feet to the head camera shot that every show and movie does we just see him right away and I love it everytime he comes out the RV
This scene had me completely sweating and my stomach was in complete knots knowing what was about to happen. That's when you know it's good TV!
What I appreciate is how to the point he is. He lets Rick know immediately that this is going to end very badly for him.
One of the best villains introduction ever, you feel like you're in dangerous as Rick and his group too, very intimidating and mesmerazing performance of Jeff d Morgan.
I can't believe that this guy is a farmer in real life
3:41 I find it interesting where Negan says to Rick “You are not safe” reminds me back in 05x02 where Rick says to Carl that “You are not safe” back at the church. Not sure if both scenes counts as a parallel together though.
I wish Merle would of been in this scene .!!!
same
Merle was such a great character and they wasted his oppurtunity
I’m pretty sure if Merle was in this scene he would’ve been captured instead of Daryl. I can just picture him saying so much shit that would piss Negan off 😂
@@gunslingerlegend yeah, I think they would of ran into the saviours a lot sooner if he was still around
U mean shane?
1:57 that smile lmao, i died
3:44 this sound effect makes everything 100x scarier.
LA Knight to Roman Reigns when he first met him on SD: "You pissin your pants yet?"
I know he swears a whole lot more in the comics and there were several several f bombs left out from here but honestly I like it I’m not against f bombs at all but there’s something about how eloquently and well spoken JDM as Negan is that just works so he doesn’t need to swear
This is the Proof that This guy was a High School Teacher of Physical education.
What do ya think Negan was doing in the trailer just waiting to be introduced lol
Negan really be talking that shit!!”
Probably just stared out the window silently and kept smiling 😂
Just chilling on the couch
He was eating their food
Taking their shit
When Trevor is introducing someone to do the dirty work you know it's serious
And remember the this guy KILLED Trevor only using his hands.
@@caiograco3427 that's when we draw the Simon and Trevor line because Trevor would've won 😭
Imo the best tv villain introduction of all time
It almost makes you forget that they're all best friends and actually love each other in real life.
Cast for movie and series end up as family
Who else comes back to these atleast twice a year and rewatches them all lol
Just shows how much power has shifted in the world. A high school coach turned warlord has a former sheriff, the law of the old world, and his group of survivors on their knees demanding their submission like a khan. All the more reason to be thankful for our lives (assuming your situation isnt like war or something traumatic/shitty).
This hits different after watching Here's negan
I’ll make sure to come back after watching it
When i see red i was a bad man
Good old days
Faxxxx negan doesn’t seem that intimidating after watching here’s negan idk why
Best villain of all time
LOL the subtitle on 1:15 "You're really crying, I'm naked"
