That and people get excited when they hear Tom's music because he speaks for so many of us that think the way he does but nobody will listen to us and they always try to shut us up and when he speaks people get quiet and listen then they get excited because they're like yes I've been saying that for years I'm so glad somebody's finally speaking how I think and then you got them people like with the billboard thing they want to talk all that crap but they get quiet when the numbers match up and is more than what they thought they try to make problems for Tom and must I say Tom and Nova I am a recovering addict and you are an inspiration that there is life after addiction no matter what your addiction there is life after it and that in itself causes a riot to the people that try to discredit X addicts that try to make life worse for someone trying to better their life you unwantingly or unknowingly became a pillar of Hope for addicts that truly want to get clean you give us hope that people will accept us once we're recovered and throughout our recovery Journey thank you guys much love from West Virginia with my whole hillbilly heart and my 16 year old daughter's heart we are hangover gang for eternity

Fun fact: that mound of bones is made up of a wooden box that Tom built that is surrounded with cinder blocks and those cinderblocks are filled with waterproof paper and covered with canned spray insulation foam. Then Tom spray painted that mound of foam over the cinderblocks with black spray paint and that was covered with topsoil which surprisingly was mostly manure lol 😂. Then over top of that they placed animal and human bones that they had purchased and were stained by Tom’s sister to look real. Tom’s brother-in-law did the CGI effects. Tom was just on the side of his patio there in front of a 20 foot green screen that he built and painted then his brother-in-law added the special effects!! Is this not the absolute best team of people you could ever think of???

I interpret this song as the opposite..(not saying you're wrong lol and I'm not saying I'm right either haha)
Put the word "Riot" into a positive context. Every time Tom shows up, it's a riot. Tom and the Hog fam bring a storm, starting a crazy party(ie. a Riot). Tom is basically saying his fam rolls deep and we always celebrate him and what he does. Even his haters show up to the riot haha
But, when his haters, other "rappers" etc. show up, "Why so quiet?" Like a bad joke, all they get is crickets in response because no one knows them and/or they aren't even close to Tom's level. The only way they can get even the smallest bit of attention is by name dropping.
