He is another one who believes the working class does not have the right to steal what others worked and sacrificed for.
Just because you are not willing to do without, to take the risks, to do the hard work for years to to own your own tools, to compete with others who want the same thing, does not mean you have the right to take what belongs to others. If it goes on long enough it will force the senate to hold a vote and actually pass the bills partially funding the government.

We don't need judges that want to explore what they think are philosophical issues. We need judges that look at a case, see which side of the established law that case falls under, and decide accordingly based on the letter of the dictates of that law. Nothing else. Leave the philosophy to legislatures. Period.
I think this judge is about advancing an actual subset's agenda. Not philosophical, empirical all the way! Look at who he is. His life choices. Who raised him. The values his parents brought here when they left Mumbai and settled in California. No, this appointment was strategic to tear at the foundation of the USA.

Let's start by clearing the Supreme Court of judges who lied under oath to the Senate Judiciary Committee during their confirmation hearings.
Merit is like a seesaw. The seesaw does not measure ability but measues physical weight. Now I see that ability is not a measure for a judgeship. It has become how many people can you have sitting on your side. Right and wrong are ignored. This appointee will probab;y be affirmed without full investigation or his past and now his answers are equivications and denials that he will uphold our basic Constituional laws.

The freedom and right to not have forced occupancy.
The entire list is not flawed, it is how we interpret it that has become flawed. These were principles that the founding fathers - though flawed in of themselves and unable to break away from their own traditions - realized that if universally applied while they did not have the means to do so; would create the most free country where all can prosper should they choose to work for it. That is the entire point of the Constitution, to limit the powers of government so that the PEOPLE decide what to do and how to live.

Judges are required to interpret the law to the best of their ability. Ever heard the phrase "reasonable minds may differ?" If the law was always perfectly clear, we wouldn't need lawyers. At the end of the day, judges are still human beings subject to the same human biases as the rest of us. There are activist judges, you need only look as far as the ninth or fifth circuits to see that. But law is philosphy.
