guys i'm 20 yo and i still have acne and breakouts on my face . i always stress out when this happen so it just become worse. my advice to you is : 1/ don't stress you'll make it worse . it will all go away sooner or later 2/ don't look too close on your skin, don't pick
Awesome!! I'm a huge fan of peel off masks at least once a week, sheet masks 2 to 3 times a week and salicylic acid for exfoliation and acne. I'm really trying to move closer and closer to all Korean products as I'm in my mid 50s and don't want to look old!!
One thing that i kinda realise late is how sleep determines my skin. Back in May, i was procrastinating my uni work and end up not sleeping for 2 days to catch up with the deadline and my skin just broke out like crazy. Took me 3 months to calm it down and now I just had to sleep before its 12 to not disrupt my skin anymore :'(
I can’t avoid rubbing eyes when my allergies get really bad 😭 i’ve been really good and careful with my skin this year and formed good skincare habits too. Now patiently treating the hyperpigmentation, i try to blink fast hoping it goes away 🤣
I believe it's incorrect to call it wrinkles. Such a phenomenon is called Venus rings. It depends on genetics which is absolutely natural and fine. Don't worry about it.

I've heard of Korea's drinking culture being very very big. I would love to live for a little bit there, but being a teetoler and a foreigner I was worried about fitting in :(
Fasting is good for you. Our bodies aren’t used to being fed 24/7 with processed food. Fasting 16/8 has cleared my skin and helped with my weight. It’s nothing too extreme. If you want more info look up Dr. Jason Fung.
I’m 24 and didn’t know abt this.. especially the neck and eyes, hope its not too late to change my habits😭😭 but how playing your phone on your desk is better than on the bed? I mean you still bend down your head to play with your phone (?)

@@jmm.2620 Hm well, I wouldn't put straight sake on the skin. I'm unsure of the potential effects of that. But you can find sake formulated in skincare products. DHC Urumai Lotion (more like a toner) or Cocokind Sake Body Lotion are two good ones.
I think the sun umbrella thing is an Asian thing. In Europe you don't see anyone using an umbrella on the sun 🤣 So I can't use it in summer, let alone winter even if I wanted to.
I agree that it’s definitely not a thing here, but I’m European and love using sun umbrellas. I use them all year round when out walking where I live (which is a tiny village), but I also use them when walking to work in my local city (which is Cambridge in the East of England). Although luckily for me in the summer Cambridge is packed full of Asian tourists who commonly use them, so I’m able to just blend in. However when winter comes there are definitely a lot less tourists in the city, and the ones that are there probably aren’t using sun umbrellas in the middle of December! But of course being winter you also have the typical weather that goes along with it - i.e. a higher chance of rain - giving the perfect excuse to use an umbrella!

please dont consume any pills, theyre very harmful to your body. Instead, you can up your game with hydration and using niacinamide/alpha arbutin for clear complexion. Clear glowing skin is much more beautiful than pale white skin. Love from a yellow-skin girl.
