Hello Ms Soo. I have oily skin too and for me I prefer Hera UV Mist Cushion Ultra Moisture than Cover because the shade of UV Mist Cushion Cover is light and ashy for my skin tone. Ultra Moisture doesn't look ashy and it just gives the right brightness of my skin tone and I can build up the coverage to reach the same coverage as UV Mist Cushion Cover so for me Hera UV Mist Cushion Ultra Moisture is as good as UV Mist Cushion Cover maybe you should definitely try the Ultra Moisture version of Hera UV Mist Cushion. But my most favorite Korean Cushion will always be Hera Black Cushion as like I said I have oily skin and Hera Black Cushion has the best Oil Control of any Korean Cushion Foundation I've ever tried. 😊👍
I've never tried the bobbi brown cleansing oil but my holy grail is the green shu uemura cleansing oil. It's equally as expensive, but nothings works as good as that for me.

I don't know if you have access to Yves Rocher, but I use their chamomile cleansing oil and I'm in love. Huge plus: it's affordable. And it takes my makeup away easily! Love from Spain 💞
Have you already tried Isntree Micellar melting cleansing oil? Mine is on it's way...Kelly Driscoll recommends it and says it's really light. I don't mind thick oils. My current one is Muji cleansing oil for sentitive skin. I like how gentle it is for the eyes.

I haven't tried any toner pads EVER simply because I feel it is a wasteful product🤷♀️ Idk... but it's basically cotton pads soaked with toner so i can just use a toner and pat it in with my hands and expect the results to be the same? lol

there's no correct answer to this question because skincare is so personal and different for everyone! I do advise starting out with the basics- cleansing, hydration and spf! :)
