Hi Janam, it’s about having that one piece having a look on vintage or secondhand for the same thing and that’s what I do sometimes or it’s about having less close but stylish type pieces from H&M
I love handbags. Don’t usually buy expensive designer bags but might consider some good *esluxy* replicas like some you featured before or second hand vintage bags! Love that purple Chanel bag!

Yes stand alone hauls is the perfect choice re H&M or any other brands you choose to buy from. I will be totally honest I'm here purely for you and not the fashion or the make up/skincare. I understand it is your bread n butter but in all honesty I'm here for Lydia in the kitchen, garden, days out, brand trips and of course wine treks. So I guess it's your life/lifestyle that I love to watch and I often skip other elements. Thats just my opinion and others may differ.
I would also just love to see your current favourite basics both high end but also highstreet fashion. And how you style them to get the most wears out to them. Because I would not only enjoy seeing the new things you picked but the favourites that you keep coming back to (like the mentioned H&M trousers) through the seasons and how you are styling them currently with any new additions or just new combinations of established pieces.
So I personally am so thankful for the advice on long term pieces from more affordable brands. I also would miss the haul segments of your videos if you took them out. You have such great commentary in this setting. Thanks for sharing!

Lydia The H&M haul is great, as an older woman there are lots of beautiful elegant pieces that I’ll be buying. I absolutely adore the red and black dress but on appetite older lady I don’t think there for me but a younger me would certainly buy them ,so I would say to you younger girls go out and buy them. They are now on sale at €14.99 and what a bargain and wouldn’t they make great dresses for Christmas parties? Fabulous vlog ❤❤❤

I loved this vlog. It had me looking up the Old Money/Preppy aesthetic and why it's so prevalent at the moment. I remember when the pleated trousers were seen as fusty and something an old person would wear and not in a stylish way.
To watch you sell this aesthetic lifestyle the way you do is genius! It's the antithesis to new money dress - eg tech bros - t-shirt and jeans where they have all the power and no responsibility.
However a word of caution. The old money look is a vibe because we are far away enough to have rose coloured glasses regarding the eras they made iconic. The preppy/ old money look has a history that is nuanced and not as romantic as it is portrayed here. But at the same time 👏 👏 I've got to respect they way you package it. Not being old money yourself certainly helps and your huge likeability factor.
I think the evolution of Lydia Millen and how she harnessed her brand into wealth - mostly authentically should be covered in universities.

I like the high end and low end mix. All the outfits looked fab. Like the saying goes, money doesn't buy class. Anyone can look well put together when they know their own body type and what colour suits them. An iron helps as well. Nice vlog Lydia.

It doesn't matter where they are made. It depends on artisans and quality inspection. My family and I have bought 2 MoMcoco bags in the past 3 years and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Dionysus monogram, love it. I wasn’t much of a fan of monograms before, but the color of Gucci’s monogram, when paired with beige suede, looks more subtle and elegant than other fashion houses’ monogram designs. *condup*

Loved the last two tops with the trousers and the way you styled them - very flattering. Red dress was also great on you, but not with black accessories - too heavy looking.
Out of all our families children, we knew which ones would make the true equestrians, when they were happy to do it in all weathers. On a cold winter’s day, I would put my daughter and niece, each on one of the horses. They would lie down with their arms around the horses’ necks and I would cover them with a rug. Toastie 😊

I have been diagnosed with PCOS for many years and I have faced severe migraines for years around my periods.
