In the second movement at 2:30 the narrator failed to emphasis the importance of that pointed index finger, it rubs across a nerve in the wrist causing extreme pain, your body automatically contorts itself to escape the pain. I know, because I studied under Grand Master Bong Soo Han, and he demonstrated on me the way it works. That index finger points in the direction you want to go. When I was in his school that move was finished by stepping through following your index finger as you performed that move. It spun you in mid-air doing that.
That was Grand Master Bong Soo Han's school. He was the one that brought Hapkido to America, taught Tom Laughlin, from the "Billy Jack" movies Hapkido, Master Han was the one that did the fight scene in the park in the movie. His school was in Santa Monica, CA, where I attended for 4 years back in the 70's. I was good at falling (I actually loved being thrown.) and he would frequently use me for demonstrations. He was an amazing man.
