@@Casper-ph6nn I agree. Feels like he was just going through the motions here. Then again, they did have him arbitrarily repeat a bunch of his lines from the first game. Must've been tedious. No excuse for not giving 100% all the same.
@@DefinitelyReagan Yeah, or he just lost this voice. I myself am illustrating a lot, but sometimes i just can't reproduce my older work. Maybe this is the same with voice-acting, the guy did age you know.
Weirdly important line for me. It's a reminder that people will attempt to make words synonymous with each other when there's a reason they mean different things. English is a complex language, and that complexity has been used to decive, be it lawyers, politicians, or children on the playground. It should be a red flag when you have to debate a words meaning, and you should look to the meaning of the debaters' actions when communications fail.
@Elleborus I think it's to put them into context, given Alice's new view at the end of the game, and the mystery of the fire and her family's death being solved and all.
Fun fact: the Voice actor of the chesire cat who happens to be Roger L. Jackson Was the same person to Make the voice to Ghostface in the Scream movies
Cool to know that both Mojo Jojo, Cheshire, Ghostface, Skun-k'ape and Charlie Ho-Tep from Sam and Max share the same voice actor Roger L Jackson has quite the range
The relationship of Cheshire Cat as Naminé's tormentor/punisher in "KH: The Twilight Will" is so fun. Kinda wholesome too in a deranged way. Unlike DiZ, he actually forces her to think. And unlike the mentors of "Destiny Trio", he's actually helpful.
A demonic cat that never goes wrong I see Ur still admiring that artwork that u have done to this place the last time u visit it's still the same chaotic circus like that 3 stooges😈
I kind of like it for that reason, the Cat looks horrific but despite his appearance he's also Alice's most loyal and steadfast ally that never turns on her despite his taunting.

"When you're not on edge you're taking up too much space." Love that line.
I prefer the one that says "Different denotes neither bad nor good but it certainly means not the same" :v
@@jazolobo Oh that's a great one
"Find The Hatter, Alice, he knows more about *different* than you."
The dialogue in this game is probably some of the best I’ve ever heard between these two iconic characters, in any rendition.
Despite being creepy, I love the fact that Cheshire's ears are still moving like normal cats, that's so cute 💞
“Making friends Alice? You’re as randomly lethal and entirely confused as you ever were”
That cat freaks me the f*** out. HIS SMILE IS CREEPY
That's kind of the point.
Well he should since the voice actor for Cheshire is also the voice of ghost face from scream
but his grin is a comfort

THE SASS ON THIS CAT, I LOVE IT
"ugh, typical" 😭
I like how he still acts like a cat, i love his tail moving side to side and his ears moving.
This is honestly the best interpretation of the Cheshire Cat imo.
Also the most badass
Imo opinion, although the voice-actor is the same, his first version was much better. Sounded more wise and mysterious.

Listening to this cat voice is part of the fun of this game
After learning that Cheshire's VA (Roger L. Jackson) also voices Mojo Jojo in the Powerpuff Girls (OG and Reboot) I can never play this game the same
He's also the "scary guy's" voice from "Scary Movie"
His voice reminds me of the fallen knight in the 1997 Spawn film. Can't remember his name.
@@sirisaacclarke4964 your thinking of the character Cogliostro played by Nicol Williamson
You missed the best one, his dialogue in the ending scene
Yes!

There are also his little advices he gives her during the game.

*"You look just about ready to kick some a- I mean, boot these monsters' nether regions"*

2:10 - 2:30
2:39 - 2:57 (I just like the way she responds and her tone of voice)
She sounds like Morrigan from Dragon Age in that scene
Puurrrrrfect!

Moron
One of my favorite Alice in wonderland characters other than Alice & mad hatter ❤️
I wanna cosplay as alice so bad
for hard techno lovers I suggest this track: protokseed - ritual
he uses quotes form the cheshire cat its fire
I didn’t ever realize he has an earring :) 🤣
1:03 Iconic video game weapon.
Thank goodness they brought him back. I was very upset when the Red Queen killed him.

I think Cheshire Cat rapresents Alice survivor istinct.

dude this game was flippin weird
Well it is inside her mind
I mean...it's Alice in Wonderland. In this case an adult version by American McGee.
I like his voice but his design is just creepy and evil, Cheshire should be neither of those.

This game was kind of a POS but it would have been utterly unacceptable without Roger Jackson as the Cheshire Cat.

These moments with Cheshire were easily my favorite scenes
Best character in the game by far. Sarcastic yet wise in his own way.
