Admit fault? All of the ones he shows were orange and just turning red, surely it would be more dangerous and unreasonable to make him slam his breaks to stop in half a second vs if he just drove through because the other side would still be red anyway. @Dr King I could be wrong but it looks like it's staged. I've seen a lot of videos with this judge, and the quality of video is too good for regular court. This must be some kind of UA-cam series. Still, very enjoyable to watch
Judge is a cool guy. Obviously the delivery guy broke the rules so can't just let him walk, but judge also understands that he doesn't have money to throw around and tries his hardest to earn his money, so judge gives him a break and makes it easier for him. Respect.
We've all been there at one time or another. Nice to see a judge who understands.
He has no money to throw, but he has many people's life to throw away, right?
What the judge did is completely wrong. Red light violation is one of the top reasons for road incidents and death. When he gave a slack to this guy, he basically ensured that this will happen again. He did it 15 times already. I doubt you'll think the same way if this guy is against your family member the next time.
Yup...Idk what is wrong with other officers?, I mean we are not robots
Thing is, like few days ago me and my dad were traveling in car, we had no mask on , we had mask but not on mouth.
Now thing is, we both stay in same room and come across each other like every 15min so if he got corona, I will get it too and vice versa but then also police didn't listen and made us pay 500 🙄
Later they only modified law that it's okay not to wear mask if all the peooles in car belongs to same family !×__#

Sentencing a guy who already killed someone is not "solution". When we talking about human lives "probably" is not the word you should use. It's not up to you to decide when to put at risk the lives of others.
