That last day in Canada looked a lot like the Elk River in Fernie....am I right?
@@TrewlPatrol I fished the Elk with friends in 2016 and 2018, staying in Fernie, and I can verify that the border checkpoint they went through is on the way to Fernie, so pretty sure you are correct. Also recognized the takeout.

One question as well, how did you learn to edit so well and create the perfect mix of content? For time or did you take college will going to college?
Thank you, that means a lot. I didn’t go to college for film but I’ve put a lot of time into editing/production over the years to get to where I am. With anything, if you put enough time into it you’ll get better and I’m still learning every single day. Tight lines!

Glad to see the love hasn;t died. You guys remind me exactly of me and our crew in the late 60s and 70s. We did what we had to do to make a living but spent every second we had, together, on a river...trout and Ranier (because we were young and poor)

We had a mini motorcycle that we would put at the takeout in the morning so we could shuttle back up to the truck after the float.

Can you share with me what you are floating for a boat and frame. My son and I are looking for a boat to run the Missouri and montana rivers. We are avid fisherman and love montana rivers.

Highly recommend the Blackfoot strike from Sotar. They’re rafts are killer and super versatile. We’ve banged them up so much and they still in top notch shape

I truly get annoyed when anglers bad mouth fish as "trash fish". Suckers are cool, man. And a fun fight. They're mostly native and serve as cleaners.
