Nice job. you figured it all out.I lost many anchors before i learned about swivels , like fishing bead chains. Ive set up some boats and rafts and it will get ya thinkin. great job
Just found you channel the other day and can't stop watching your videos. I love how you modify everything to make it better for you. You should teach a Common Sense 101 class at the local schools. It's a dying trait.
Great video. I have a hooligan xxl. I like the storage ideas, and the anchor swivel is a game changer. I did something similar with my floor, i used interlocking gym mat flooring, combo of rubber and closed cell foam. First season with it, see how it holds up. I am going to look into the spaghetti mat. That might be easier to clean. I guess it is somewhat porus so jsut blast a hose through it to clean and dry.
Hey man great video . What’s the piece of equipment attached to the HD swivel if you remember ? Locking carabiner ? That the connect to the bolt in the frame ?
One of those stainless chain links that screws shut. Had to get one the right size to fit up in there since the swivel wouldn’t. Go as small as you can so everything sits as high off the water as possible.
I’m currently upgrading from a 2 man Flycraft to a Hooligan (large or XL) and I was hoping for your input. I have a trailer for when access permits, but I was wondering how difficult it would be to carry the Hooligan XL with 2 guys for any distance and/or up and down steep access points. Thank you
Nice video. Im looking at something like this but not sure which brand to buy. How hard would it be to to inflate/deflate at the river and not use a trailer. Thanks
It will fit in the back of a full-size pickup truck. This raft, the frame is all one piece. Harder to break down. Not sure where you are from but mine is for sale right now.

my son on it. Thanks again
Good luck! Thanks for watching
Thanks for the walkthrough! I’m looking at building something for the Wisconsin River and I appreciate the detail & knowledge!

Sick setup Chris!
The fishpond tippet holder is great I have a smaller version by fishpond on my fly fishing bag
Works well
Love that raft!
Nice setup
Excellent video...question...why is the pvc rod tubes bent at front? And is the tornado anchor supposed to be "less" likely to snag?
Nice video!

Is the swivel a large? Purchased the one listed and having a hell of a time getting a screwball chain link on it! Thanks for your time
¡Genial!

Great job man, nice upgrades. Does the spaghetti mat slip at all when it gets water under it?
Also love the transom rise.
I have only used it once so far and it hasn’t, but will be in it 4 days straight in the rain soon.
Where did you get that huge carabiner? That’s a great find for moving a 30lb anchor!

What thickness mat did you opt for for your stealthcraft? 3/8”? 1/2”? Thx, Tom

It can be done, but it’s pretty heavy. Not ideal

What type and size of wood and size of u bolts, and sealant did you use on your motor mount?
The wood was just a 2x10 or 2x12. I measured the width of the motor mount and just found u bolts that were close to that.
