I really like the camera so far! Many great options within it. However, I cannot figure out how to access the online portal to control the camera during livestream!
JVC GY-HM180 is I suspect the model. There is also a 160 model. Pleasant video, but yes, in the description you want the model name and number. I am curious about this camera too. It must be used quite a bit in low light. Is a small sensor. Usually you would a video light or additional monitor in the cold shoe slot. I like reviews like this. Honest review. Not over produced and fancy stuff. Just the products and in English.
no SDI out so it is not the 180 or who knows this review is so bad it might have SDI but, he was spinning around so fast and calling the zoom rocker a "focus toggle" not even getting the parts right.
So, do you want to tell us what model this camcorder is?

Hey! Do you know how to take the words of the camera screen so it won’t show on LIVE? I’m at my church and we just got the camera and trying to figure how to take the words off.
That should be stated in the manual but is usually something like 'HDMI Char. On/Off' 'HDMI output char: on/off' or 'HDMI Output: char/no char.' depending on the brand of camera used...

I have this camera. Your info is SO helpful! However, I have one issue...my camera has a short white/gray stripe on the screen. It shows on the screen and even on the recorded stuff. It's on the right side. Are you familiar with this? Thanks!
Take it back to where you bought it from (considered you didn't buy it as a second hand) because that sure is not supposed to happen...
Hey quick question, I just got this camera and can not figure out how to get the lens hood on, does it need to “click” into place ? I don’t want to turn it too hard since it’s plastic!
Hopefully you’ve gotten it on by now but yes apply a little pressure and you should hear it snap into place tightly
You should have better sound when making a video.

Of course... you can even shoot music videos with a decent smartphone these days. It's up to the operator of the smartphone (well, and the artist/band) if the result is worth it...
