@@SolarClue Well, its the job of the company to test the hardness and advise a suitable model. Or at least caution the customers if there are potential issues. In the urgency of closing the sale, if the recommendation is made by stating that the model will run for at least 10 years and the life is found to be 1.5 years, then its a bad reputation of the brand. Worse is the service personnel who promised me that will take back the tank and repair it and after days of follow-up, finally say that I need to change the whole setup (including the panel).
