"Proceed with the visual attack" is from the 1984 movie "The Last Starfighter". The same thing is also sampled in Push -- Universal Nation, a big trance track from 1998. I didn't realize this one was so much earlier. It's also really clear. I thought it was "individual attack" for a long time. "All communications and radar systems are out, wing commander." "Proceed with the visual attack formation." 1:21:00 in the movie.
