I see people questioning why such a cheerful, cozy, wholesome game would only be in black and white. I wonder if perhaps the art direction is somewhat inspired or influenced by _Finn Family Moomintroll_ and the other Moomin tales. I'm not Finnish myself, but I grew up on the English translations of the stories and was always enchanted by the illustrations. This game's artstyle reminds me of those.
The camera mode is pretty unique i haven't seen something like this
It was kind of a big deal in Beyond Good and Evil. And if you include the Scan Visor, Metroid Prime.

I miss that game. The remaining devs of that game formed the Glory Society but still havent released any new announcements on the game theyre working on.

It looks pretty with originality also it’s a fun way to play the game and I do hope to see it finish :)

The animation is just like summer camp island a show from cartoon network.
I was curious about the little pine cone animals, turns out they’re a traditional art craft from Finland. Kids make cone cows by putting little stick legs onto pine cones! I love those little guys. Happened to notice because I recognized them from another Finnish creator’s art.
Such an adorable and pleasing art style. A lot to find to for an item hunt style game. Seems like the perfect relaxing game to unwind to.

I like the 2D/3D mix, but I wonder why it's all black and white, given the cheerful atmosphere of the rest of the game.
This game is so quirky and artistic! I really hope it comes out on something other than PC, I could definitely see this on the Switch 😭

Nice graphics, a shame the game looks so boring gameplay wise.
Add some color to this and make an rpg with unique mechanics and youve got something here. I could see myself getting lost in that world.
