    It was cool I’m just a tad bit underwhelmed that the base plates weren’t screwed down in the first flood. I’m extremely curious what the damage done by the water breaking the structures rather than the tiles being disconnected and running into each other being the main source of damage would look like.

      Also would be extra content on the way if he did videos with build progress on the way or as he was building also could go more in depth with what is built and details taht just cant be included in this length of video,

    That is a very interesting concept. I wonder if the modularity of those buildings is what saved them from total destruction. If so, then that idea could be used to prevent flood damage in real-life structures. (I know that it won’t resolve all the dangers of flood regions. However, it should resolve one of the biggest issues and that is destruction of the building’s foundation.)

    • @xlabtsunami
      @xlabtsunami 4 місяці тому +2

      If it has the same effect on a real size scale, then it can save lots of building. But I think on a real size scale it can't work due to the buildings weight.

    If you ever will do it again I have a few tips:
    -more cameras, like all the super cool buildings like the aquarium didn’t have cameras
    -You needed to drill or stick the baseplates and roads in the ground and find a way that instead of the buildings just getting dragged they stay down and get taken down instead, which is more realistic.
    -more slow mo footage from inside
    That’s all. Amazing experiment! This will really make your channel blow up so you should make more of this kind of content.

    You don't have to mess around with stuff like flooding your city, your building skills are enough to make a very good video, I would have rather seen more emphasis on that. Thanks for posting, it was a cool idea, I think it would have been more interesting with tied down baseplates and way more water. Your footage and creative approach were both outstanding

    The scene at 16:48 (inside the Apple store?) was actually kind of dark. I was stunned by how realistic it looked. To see the whole foundation moving, the water flowing in, people outside getting swept away and falling between the cracks, the glass windows caving in...the Lego lady in the pink clothes literally drifted by!😱😭
