Unfortunately i can no longer recommend this headset due to the fact that i need to reset them several times a day and they can loose connection again within minutes. This is not sustainable and i have contacted the seller. How will this be solved ? I wonder...
audio quality wise, so far is the best I have ever had comparing to my five other earphones. never had problems when it comes to phone-earphone connectivity. the only issue I have is with the B&O app. I have the latest update but more often, the app does not open and it only says the device is unreachable although it´s only a few inches away. hope this issue can be resolved as I am also planning to buy one for my girl, but with this issue, I don´t think it´s going to be a good investment
You can't download the latest software as it requires a connection first, and the whole point of this video is to get a connection. I have had ALOT of issues with the E8 3rd Gen even after following these instructions step by step. The sound quality is Amazing but the connectivity is worse than useless. I'll try the B&O EQ for Christmas and if it's still just as bad I'm switching to Sony. My HX however connect fine everytime ?
I thought it was just me! Both my H7 & E8 sport keeps on loosing connectivity with all my Samsung devices! After trying this, it is still not helping. @B&O please sort this mess up ASAP! 10/10 in sound and build quality, but the software issues is just embarrassing for such a prestigious company.
