Dude, this is the exact thing i've been trying to figure out. Its too arwkard with one hand on the ground as your point of contact. thank you! Ill build up with this then see if i can get some aerial inversions happening.
I was a gymnast for 5 years and I have never seen anyone do a one handed cart wheel like that. Not saying it's wrong, it's just very intriguing to see it done like that. Normally you would put you right hand in the air and have your left one on the ground (that's how I was taught for left handed cartwheels)
Nice tutorial. Keep up the great work!

Can I also do this with a collapsible bo staff??? I don’t have an Acro staff :(
Maybe, it depends on how strong the staff's joints are. Go slow and gentle to start off with. A non-collapsible bo staff would be fine though.
can i do that with a fire staff?
That's more of an au-helicopter from my perspective. I was looking for the pole arial done off a staff. Can you do that one?
What about a pole arial? I thought this was the same but it doesn't look the same and I've only seen one other UA-camr do it so I can't figure it out
nice
But..can you that with fire tho. 😮 lel
