Tender chicken schnitzels in 5 minutes! The secret to the most delicious chopped chicken schnitzels.
A simple and quick chicken fillet recipe. Cook with love and joy and your family will be happy!
▶ Recipe and ingredients:
3-4 chicken fillets
3 eggs
Salt
Let stand for 15-20 minutes
approx. 800 g potatoes
Salt, pepper, Italian herbs
dry garlic, paprika
olive oil
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180-190°C
100-130 g cheese
ground black pepper
2-3 tablespoons sour cream
Spring onions with white part
Parsley
about 2-3 tablespoons of flour
If you cook in a steel pan, you must first heat it well
Then reduce the heat and add some sunflower oil
Fry in small portions on both sides
some dill
