Before the outbreak of the epidemic, there were over 400000 foreigners living in Shanghai. Shanghai is a relatively dynamic and inclusive city, and it is also a very modern city.
Very dynamic and metropolitan. One of the reasons why I love it so much!
AN AMAZING VLOG, CHINA IS DIVERSE IN EVERY FIELD.

The freedom to have a religion in china has been implemented in china's law, however you shouldn't influence, persuade or forcefully ask somebody to believe one's belief, that's their ethic
In other words a Crusade in forcing others to believe in a religion is unlawful like how the west has conducted itself onto others throughout history !
esp with children which is considered as 'child abuse'... and rightfully so.
Yup... freedom from religion is a well accepted ethos in chinese culture.
@@fsxmantra They killed thousands of children in Canada's residential schools !
That was interesting and what a magnificent building.
Thanks Johnny!
What a beautiful building! Thank you for introducing it to us and indeed, it helps to dispel the relentless lies that religious freedom does not exist in China. Naturally, it may not be in the form as demanded by Westerners but then again, nobody beside the Chinese has the right to have a say in this matter.
At the very least, we can see that this is an authentic church and not some 'state sponsored cult of Communism / Catholicism) as many China haters will declare.
You’re welcome 🙏
There are many churches in China⛪️The town where I live also has churches, temples, Taoist temples, and mosques. I am in Quanzhou, can learn more

😁😁 thank you
so cool!
It is!!
I was going to ask if it is the one in Xujiahui? You just said it is. My parents used to go to this church often when they were back in China. As per my mom, we were all baptized in this church. Now we live in USA, but I miss my hometown. My mom recently said she wanted to go to this church when we go back to China. Planning to visit next year. Thanks for your great video.
Dang it! I WAS in Shanghai - for days on end! How did I miss that? Thanks for a gorgeous presentation.
If the church looks familiar: The cathedral was seen in the opening scene of the film Empire of the Sun.
Catholics in China knows the cost of practicing their faith. A lesson for us all.
Okay puppet
😂
Why you even bother with the truth with your anti Chinese mentality?
It’s so interesting that every one on UA-cam that has a blog showcasing China as it REALLY IS, is called a CCP “puppet”, is paid by the CCP, is communist, etc. I’ve seen blogs of foreigners who ACTUALLY LIVE in China - South African, American, British, Ghanian, Zimbabwean, Australian, Indian, New Zealander, Japanese, Canadian, Brazilian, etc, etc. They have all been accused of being CCP media agents paid to “promote” China positively. 😂😂 China is a gorgeous country. It is HUGE. It is diverse. These vloggers, many based in China, are trying to show the real China. The China that’s lived by them and 1.4 billion Chinese citizens. It must be absolutely unfathomable for these fearful, Sinophobic commenters to see a progressive, developed, clean, modern, safe and normal China in these vlogs. It doesn’t sync up with the propaganda (dystopian view) of China Western media has been brainwashing them with.
