The 30hp one I just got at an auction probably has no business being in my garage 😵

Did you end up going with a VFD for phase conversion, or just running new service?

we don't use this type of air piping. We use threaded pipes and fittings. and only use a airhose between steel piping and the compressor.

HDPE over Aluminum over HDPE? That stuff is miles beyond any metal piping. While it is still metal in one layer, you can beat the snot out of it, flex it around things without fittings and the best part is, it stays pure all the time. At no point do you get any forms of corrosion or buildup. Any water that builds up is very clean and much less harmful to what it flows through. It has a very smooth interior which means flow rates are twice that of steel or copper in a smaller diameter.

Screw Air Compressor highly efficient as compared to Piston compressor

    It's KAZER, not Kaiser.....

difference is the rotary screw compressor runs all the time. the piston unit shuts off when pressure is reached.

addictedtopussy69 And if you have an additional air reservoir becomes a bomb ?

@@hypertr3adgaming134 It still runs but no longer makes any air pressure. The biggest difference aside from noise is that its 100% duty cycle and most likely at 125psi. I think that unit is 21cfm at 125psi.

That first compressor sounds horrible!! Reminds me of cars on rainy days that sound like they have birds under the hood.

Nice and quiet. But give me a call when it craps out the air end at 20k hrs and ill get you setup with a compressor that'll last 100k hours.

He doesn't. Anyone who intentionally insults a product in an effort to sell you something probably walks around in waders cause the bull sht is about to get deep.

pprotory no Bryan is right the SX series from Kaeser has multiple flaws in design, engineering and fault shutdowns in terms with his remarks to the air end failing at 20k hours is highly likely do to the motors being way oversized in comparison to the air end which ends up being spun so fast they were out twice as fast with less hours (air end is the portion of the unit which actually compresses the air)

I never said he was wrong. I was referring to his poor sales tactics.

Kaeser Compressors are well known for durability and reliability. You will pay more but get more. Kaeser is a top tier Compressor- Just do regular oil changes and it will out perform the others out there.
