Hello! I did maintenance on Kaeser sk 15 and after that when I started my compressor again the check valve is activated ( back pressure valve ) If you have time could you please explain what I did wrong .
So I have a question I have a keaser Diesel compressor so when I let it run for 10-15 sec and when I start to load it, it shuts down do you know what can cause that?
Just had to call out a blown cooler on friday for this exact unit. Not a fan of this unit. They love to puke up oil from the inlet valve whenever a power outage occurs or if the unit is turned off while loading.
Dear sir, I hope you are well in covid situation. I need your valuable guidelines regarding kesar screw compressor. I am facing the problem with my kesar screw compressor sxc4 for more than a week.following are the malfunctions noted during operation. a. air receiver should hold 12 bar pressure while working, where as it is holding only to bar of pressure during operation. b. On turning off the system, air receiver should retain all of its pressure until it is intentionally drained through shut off valve. Now it is automatically drained out trough condensat drain line on turning off the system. c. System has three air reservoirs which normally have 9.8 bar pressure.Now all the three reservoirs have only three bar pressure, and on turning off the system all the three reservoirs are automatically draind out through compressor condensate drain line.
It is noted that sigma control display is not showing any fault message. It is humbly requested that kindly indicate the probable fault in the system.
simple: shut the condensate drain valve and reservoir outlet valve then observe the cut off pressure and time.check suction filter for clogging and intake valve opening.
Check for leaks in your pipelines, and test the system closing all the recervoir outlets, then you´ll be able to find if the leak is in any part of the tanks or if it is located in a pipe connection or in any of the machines that uses compressed air. Tell us how it is going.
Sorry for bothering you, but if you can give me some troubleshoot infos regarding airend high temp., well, when compressor is enough cooled down it starts normally and working good but when stops and if I need to start it right again it is triping due to high airend temp then need to wait again for couple of hours more in order to cool it down to be available to start again.What can be the issue? Thank you in advance!

Minimum pressure valves dont activate. Solenoid valves activate and that would be your loading valve.

May be intake valve seal required to be changed

To change the seperator cartridge kaeser compressor are made like that
